DIRECTOR / FOUNDER

Nicola is the heart behind True Shine Cleaners. With over a decade of hands-on experience as a self-employed cleaner, she co-founded the company in 2019 alongside her daughter, driven by a shared passion for delivering reliable, high-quality cleaning services.

Nicola’s journey began in domestic cleaning, where her eye for detail and commitment to excellence quickly earned her a loyal client base. Over the years, she expanded into commercial cleaning, building a reputation for professionalism, trust, and outstanding results.

Today, as Director, Nicola brings a wealth of knowledge to True Shine Cleaners, combining her practical expertise with strong leadership. She continues to ensure that every client receives the same care and quality she built her career on—because for Nicola, cleaning isn’t just a job, it’s a standard of pride.

KATIE

MARKETING DIRECTOR / FOUNDER

Katie co-founded True Shine Cleaners in 2019 with her mum, Nicola, bringing a modern edge to the family-run business. With a strong focus on marketing, customer service, and operations, Katie ensures that every part of the business runs smoothly behind the scenes.

She manages all client bookings, contracts, and communications, making sure customers always receive a prompt and friendly experience. Katie is also the creative force behind True Shine Cleaners’ marketing and social media, showcasing their work and growing the brand’s online presence.

Her dedication to organisation, efficiency, and client care helps keep True Shine Cleaners running at its best—while staying true to the warm, personal touch the business was built on.

MELLISSA

MANAGING ASSISTANT

Mellissa is a key member of the True Shine Cleaners team and a proud family member, dedicated to supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business. As our Managing Assistant, she plays an essential role in handling client queries, resolving complaints with care, and managing vital administrative tasks.

Friendly, approachable, and highly organised, Mellissa is often the first point of contact for our clients. Her calm and professional approach ensures every concern is addressed promptly and every client feels heard and supported.
